Post Partum Weight Loss

Starting weight 10-27-08 : 168 lbs (Need to face the music) (Not sharing body fat %...too scary for Halloween)

Goal weight: 145 lbs

Have you tried dietpower.com? its great for keeping track of what you eat and how much you burn with exercise.

Sala - Hmm interesting, I haven't tried it, but I have tried weightwatchers in the past and it has worked relatively well for me.
